❤️What to bring:
Please bring a water bottle (non glass), 2 towels (one for your yoga mat and another for your shower towel). Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise you can rent one with us).
✅Discounts: Also if you enjoy your time with us and want to practice with us more often you may purchase a two week unlimited pass, for $25 (instead of our normal price of $40). This unlimited 2 week of hot yoga at our studio offer is good to all new students and will only be offered on the above dates ONLY (for the 2 FREE yoga weekends).
❤️What to know:
This is a traditional 90 min Bikram Yoga Style class, In 105 degree heated room, with Bikram-certified teachers at Emerge. We believe this practice has powerful healing benefits and therefore we only teach this style at our studio.
✅How to prepare:
PLEASE make sure you drink a lot of water the day before and the day you come in to practice, as this will insure you are properly hydrated. PLEASE make sure you do not eat much before class (best to let a larger, more rich meal digest for about 3 hours before class). You want to have some kind of food in your system for energy but only simple foods. Ex: a half of a banana, an apple, some almond butter. A protein bar. No green juice before class or foods that are too acidic.
✅How to register for your free class:
New to Emerge Hot Yoga Studio? Please come 10-15 minutes early to complete simple paperwork and to become acquainted with the studio. Our space is limited to 33 people on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure your spot, come early! Doors open 30 minutes before class start times.

The last big benefit of Bikram Yoga is that it can help reduce the pain of old injuries. Much pain is caused by weakness and inflexibility, especially when an old injury is involved. Since Bikram Yoga makes you stronger and more flexible it can help to alleviate various forms of pain.
Bikram also uses something called the tourniquet effect, which blocks off blood supply from a certain area. Upon release of the specific pose, the blood that is rich in nutrients and oxygen flows to damaged areas, thus helping healing old injuries and dealing with scar tissue.
